Come to the Walking the Heartland group meetings to share your story and experience.
Ask questions about the unknown and learn what others have experienced.
Doctors, Nurses and other care giving staff are true heroes in all our lives and we are all here because of them.
The Walking the Heartland group will fill the gaps and give you a network of friends who have been in similar or the same experience

Meeting dates are the last Tuesday of every month at 5:00 and go 1 hour.
